Max Kopp, Founder & CEO

Max Kopp is the Founder and CEO of VitaSensor, a pioneering healthtech startup developing patented non-invasive glucose monitoring technology for people living with diabetes. A driven innovator and entrepreneur, Max leads the company’s efforts to bring cutting-edge sensor technology from lab to market, combining nanomaterials, photonics, and AI to create wearable medical solutions that are both user-friendly and clinically impactful.

Recognized nationally for his scientific research and entrepreneurial leadership, Max has earned top honors from organizations such as the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, and the National Junior Science & Humanities Symposium. He is a finalist in the Conrad Challenge, a Global Youth Entrepreneurship Competition awardee, and a recipient of the prestigious Philly Inno “25 Under 25” distinction.

Max Kopp, Founder & CEO

In addition to leading VitaSensor, Max is the founder of the Kopp Foundation for Diabetes, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth-led research and education on chronic disease innovation. Max’s work is motivated by a personal connection to diabetes in his family and a deep commitment to using science for social impact.

Currently a high school student at Germantown Academy (Class of 2026), Max balances academic excellence with hands-on research, public speaking, and venture-building. He is also an active water polo athlete and passionate about using technology to improve global health outcomes.
